Ben Swanson, Vice President of Operations

Ben Swanson, Vice President in charge of Operations at Insight, is a 18-year veteran in the residential solar business and is a founding member of Insight Solar.

Ben is responsible for ensuring all Insight Energy installations meet our standards of quality and excellence and that we move smoothly from Customer signup to Project complete, drawing on deep knowledge and experience gained in prior roles over the course of his career. Ben learned the solar business "from the roof down", starting as an installer and advancing quickly to apprentice electrician and crew leader while adding skills in system design and project management, then shifting into sales, sales support, training and management.

To refresh and recharge the passion for our mission in solar, Ben spends free time hiking, camping, sailing, and skiing with family and friends.
